Do you make custom designs for anyone?
Yes! We cater to anyone. Clubs, Individuals, Charity Events, Organisations, Companies, the list goes on!
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes. Our minimum order is 5 pieces.
Do you design my Jersey/Kit or do I have to do that?
We have a professional Graphic Artist with over 20 years experience that will design your Jersey/Kits to whatever design you would like. We value our customers input into every custom design, so if you have any ideas of what you would like or have specific logos and colours you want used, please let us know so we can create the Jersey/Kit you desire.
Is there a cost for the artwork?

How long is the turnaround time once I approve the artwork?
Your order will typically be delivered approx. 4 weeks after you have finalised and approved the artwork and your order is Submitted.
Seasonal demand can alter this time frame.
If your order is urgent, please contact us as soon as the artwork process begins to ensure we can work to your deadline.
Please note: Production will only begin once you have approved the artwork and an itemised order containing quantities of garments and sizes required is submitted.
An order is not considered submitted unless all required information is provided and a 50% deposit is received. The balance will be payable prior to shipping.
Do you provide sample kits to try on for sizing?

How do I place my order?
All orders are to be finalised by email. This ensures both our customer and JAKAZNI have records of the order.
How do I wash my cycling apparel?
Always wash your Bib Shorts and Jerseys inside out and ensure the Jersey is fully zipped up.
Either hand wash or gentle machine wash using a delicates bag
Can I use Fabric Softener on my cycling apparel to make them smell nice?
No, NEVER use Bleaches or Fabric Softeners
Always use a high quality detergent
Do you have any sizing charts?
Yes we do! Simply click on the Sizing Chart tab on the product page. Please Note: As with all sizing charts, they are always approximate and as with all manufactures, minor variations can occur at production. If in doubt, contact JAKAZNI at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us for some friendly advice.
What if the item I want is Sold Out?
Please contact JAKAZNI at email@example.com advising the name of the item you want to arrange a custom order to be placed.

Can I add to or change my order?
You are more than welcome to add to or change your order providing your original order has not yet been shipped and payment has been received.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept payment by Direct Deposit, Pay Pal or Cash on Pick Up.
When will you ship my order?
Once full payment has been received your order will be shipped.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email advising you of this and your tracking number.
How will my order be shipped?
Either by Express or Standard Parcel Post – which ever you chose at checkout.
Do you exchange if I change my mind?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, however we are happy to exchange your current garment for one to the equivalent value providing your original garment is in an unused condition and in original packaging with all/any tags attached. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and also the postage costs of the new garment. Please contact JAKAZNI at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your garment to discuss.
What if I choose the wrong size?
JAKAZNI Recommend checking our Sizing Chart prior to ordering as we can only offer you an exchange if your preferred size is in stock and the original garments are in an unused condition with all/any tags attached. No refunds are available.
For all Custom Designed apparel, unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges or refunds as they are made to order. We strongly recommend you check our sizing charts prior to placing your order.
What if I think my garment is faulty?
Please contact JAKAZNI at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your garment.
Please include a detailed description and photos of the issue.
JAKAZNI will advise you of the process in which to return your item free of charge.
Returned garments MUST be unused and in original packaging with all/any tags attached.
A replacement will be posted to you if the same garment is in stock. If not in stock, a refund/exchange will be provided. If your garment is a custom order, JAKAZNI will contact you with a solution which could be a replacement garment being ordered for you.
